We provide both standard sits and specialist in home care
We love all dogs regardless of breed, size or complexity. Dogs do not need to have a medical condition to use our services - we also offer bespoke packages for senior, special needs or medically complex dogs. We work within clear, professional boundaries, ensuring care is safe, realistic and sustainable. We can also visit cats and other animals - contact us to discuss.
We provide focussed care and flexibility where it matters
We care for a maximum of two dogs at any one time. This ensures that each dog in our care receives the time and attention they need during visits. It also means that there is always capacity to respond if your dog needs extra attention, reassurance and support or if there are short notice adjustments needed to keep your dog safe and happy.
We provide structured daily care
We ensure that each calendar day includes up to three hours of care, delivered through structured visits tailored to your dogs routine and wellbeing. Dogs may be left alone for planned periods appropriate to their age, health and medical needs. Care plans can be adapted as required, including breaking visits into shorter more frequent check ins for higher needs dogs.
We provide experience with senior and special needs dogs
We have direct experience with supporting dogs who have mobility issues, continence challenges (using aids aids if needed) neurological conditions such as epilepsy, confusion, dementia and vestibular episodes, digestive issues requiring home cooked food, post surgical recovery and ongoing medical needs. We are able to assist with tablets, liquids, ear drops and eye drops if required. Visits can be scheduled around medication or treatment administration.
We provide a written account daily and record any medication given
You will receive written notes of each visit and a record of any medication administered. Notes can be provided daily if you are away, along with a photo update for extra peace of mind or left at your property for your return. Written notes are provided for all visits including check ins, single visits and short notice visits.
We provide waking support during overnight sits if required
We provide waking support for dogs who need reassurance, company, toileting or monitoring during the night, with planned wake ups agreed in advance.
We provide individual walks
We provide one to one walks as part of every sit or visit. Walks are tailored to your dog's energy, needs and routine. Each walk provides exercise, mental stimulation and companionship. All dogs are walked on a lead at all times.
We provide a clean up service related to your dogs care
We understand that accidents or spillages may happen. We carry PPE, pet wipes and body spillage kits at all times, ensuring your dog remains clean, calm and comfortable. If bathing may be required, please let us know during the booking or meet and greet process.
We provide basic home security checks
We will carry out a home security check at each visit, ensuring your home is safe and secure. These checks are documented in your dogs written notes.
